Todo Bien Bootcamps

Our bootcamps meet Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings from 7:00-8:00. We meet for 4 weeks.

On day 1 we assess our current fitness so we can chart our progress after 4 weeks.

Then we:

  • Do circuit training
  • Work out at the stadium stairs
  • Work up to running the lake (or walking)
  • Participate in a boxing circuit
  • Do a cardio-kickboxing workout
  • Run, skip, jump and lunge with a relay partner
  • Incorporate yoga into our workouts
  • Work hard and have fun doing it
    Our bootcamps are challenging but rewarding. You will get out of it what you put into it. The camps are instructed by a seasoned personal trainer. This ain't band camp!!!
    The cost is $180 for 4 weeks. If these times don't work for you we also offer a preliminary personal training special of 3 sessions for $99.
